A NEW WAY TO CELEBRATE AND SHOW OFF YOUR PRIDE
Due to Covid-19 this year, pride in Chicago is Canceled. NOT! Come join the most fun pride you can participate in. Two-free live videos you can watch and bake along. Get your favorite wine, liquor or whatever you want and be ready to make rainbow pastries. On monday come see what pastry will be made and what you need to prepare ahead of time (if needed) and what to buy for the weekend.
Then take pictures and share with HASHTAG #SwallowYourPride to show your pride. Ask questions live while watching how to bake. Make sure you follow on facebook and subscribe to youtube for the videos and any updated info. Recipes will be posted on this website as well. Your pastry might end up on this site too! take pics and have fun.

On this live video you will learn how to make a rainbow Jelly Roll. You can watch me bake and learn or you can join the chat and ask questions about pride, coming out stories or more. The only thing you will need to make ahead of time is the buttercream. So get your wine ready or mixed drink and join me!
What you will need!

1/4 Sheet pan or jelly roll pan

6 Food colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)

Parchment Paper

Piping bags (not necessary)
Recipes You Will Need

1 time recipe Italian Meringue buttercream (make ahead of item)

1 time recipe Rainbow Roll Cake (we will make live)

1 time recipe Simple Syrup (see rainbow roll recipe. Make ahead of time)
